Paragon Support Plans
Package 1:- Remote Support Plan from £15 Monthly per system
Telephone, email and remote access support, using TeamViewer remote access software. This package also offers a Priority response for callouts if we are unable to solve the problem using remote techniques. We can arrange an on-site visit at a reduced rate of £50 per hour with no call out charge.
Package 2:- Paragon Support Plan from £25 Monthly per system
The ‘PSP’ agreement provides telephone and email support and remote access support, using TeamViewer remote access software. plus onsite support with a fast 8-hour response time.
All callout fees and labour charges are included. Only spare parts and loan equipment are charged as extras. Any additional labour required for installing new machines is highly reduced to £40 per hour.
This Support plan also includes free consultancy services including advice on hardware/software procurement, deployment, backup strategies. If you wish to cover more than one computer, we can arrange discounted prices on application.
Package 3:- Paragon Support Plan Managed Services, priced on application.
The ‘PSP’ agreement provides telephone and email support and remote access support, using TeamViewer remote access software plus onsite support with a fast 8-hour response time.
All callout fees and labour charges are included. Only spare parts and loan equipment are charged as extras.
This Support plan also includes our services to fully manage your IT services including hardware/software procurement, deployment, backup strategies and IT asset management. If you wish to cover more than one computer, we can arrange discounted prices on application.
For those users whose computers are not essential to their working lives and don’t require a priority fast response, or who prefer not to have a service agreement we do offer on-site support and also a workshop service from our offices.
On-site Service.
Contact us to arrange for an technician to come out to your premises. We charge a call-out fee of £35.00 with a hourly labour rate of £60.00 while the engineer is on site.
Workshop Service
Simply drop your computer into our workshop at an agreed time.
Our Workshop service rate is £60 per hour
Workshop inspection fee / Small Job is £25
